ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, one of the leading companies in cyber security services, is seeking a Contract Specialist.

Contract Specialist (6152/CS/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of various types of agreements (MSAs, Frame Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, DPAs, Partner and Reseller Agreements, etc.).
Assist in the preparation and review of contract and procurement documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Review contractual terms to identify key obligations, requirements, and potential risks, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Support the management of the contract lifecycle, from intake to signature, across clients, partners, and suppliers.
Assist in tracking contract variations, exemptions, extensions, and related documentation.
Contribute to monitoring contract performance against KPIs and requirements and support reporting activities.
Maintain clause libraries, contract templates, and approval workflows across multiple entities (Greece, Germany, UK, UAE, KSA).
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess commercial and legal considerations and support the preparation of appropriate contractual structures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, commercial operations, or similar roles, preferably within technology, cybersecurity, or managed services environments.
Good understanding of contracts, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle.
Ability to handle confidential information, maintain organization, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to assist in preparing procurement and technical documentation and interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to learn quickly and develop understanding of new products, services, and business processes.
Exposure to contract management frameworks, templates, and internal policies is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with GDPR, PDPL, or similar data protection frameworks is considered a plus.
