About the Role

The Manager – Talent Empowerment is a strategic Human Resources leadership role focused on developing, engaging, and empowering the workforce. You will be responsible for the end-to-end talent development lifecycle, ensuring a robust pipeline for future growth while fostering an organizational culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Programs & Management: Lead talent empowerment and performance management programs across the organization.
Development Planning: Design and implement comprehensive staff development plans to enhance organizational capability.
Succession Planning: Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles.
Employee Engagement: Foster a high level of employee engagement and strengthen the core organizational culture.
HR Analytics: Manage and leverage HR analytics to support data-driven strategic decision-making.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest global HR trends, local regulations, and emerging technologies in human capital management.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is considered an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development, with a specific and proven focus on talent development and employee engagement.

Technical & Soft Skills

Analytical Ability: Strong analytical proficiency, particularly with MS Excel, for reporting and data interpretation.
Leadership: Excellent management, communication, and team-building abilities.
Mindset: A strategic thinker with the ability to influence culture and drive organizational change.
