Description

As a Guest Service Agent Intern at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, you will be part of the Front Office team and play an important role in creating a warm and memorable guest experience. This internship offers hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, where professionalism, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction are key.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and a personal approach, you are the face of the hotel
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs using the reservation system
First point of contact for questions, requests by phone, email or in person
Providing high-end concierge services
Accurately and discreetly managing administrative tasks, payments, and billing
Following up on special guest requests and VIP arrangements with care and attention
Ensuring seamless communication with other departments
Contributing to a warm, guest-centered, and luxurious atmosphere where guests feel recognized

Requirements

Hospitality student or recent graduate
Professional and welcoming attitude
Driven and ambitious, with the ability to exceed in guest expectations
You are a good listener, speak with flair and act with empathy
You have excellent command of English, knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus
