Requirements:
Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant projects
Strong knowledge of dynamic equipment installation and inspection
Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
Good understanding of HSE and quality standards

Main responsibilities:
Supervise installation of dynamic mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and rotating machinery.
Ensure equipment installation follows approved drawings, vendor manuals, and project procedures.
Monitor mechanical activities to ensure compliance with construction schedules.
Supervise equipment positioning, leveling, alignment, and grouting.
Ensure correct installation of foundations, baseplates, and anchor bolts.
Verify proper shaft alignment, coupling installation, and vibration control.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and other construction teams.
Liaise with equipment vendors and technical specialists during installation and testing.
Support planning team in monitoring construction progress.
Ensure mechanical installations meet project specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and ensure proper documentation of mechanical works.
Verify equipment preservation and handling procedures.
Ensure all mechanical works comply with project HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
