Quantity Surveyor - Residential build

Parker Stewart are working with a well known residential builder based in Wicklow to hire a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This position will be onsite at their Wicklow locations. The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting across residential developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction and a strong understanding of Irish construction contracts and cost control procedures.
