As the brand continues to scale globally, they are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to help optimize procurement, production coordination, inventory management, and logistics across suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Specialist will support and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations across manufacturing, inventory planning, logistics, and fulfillment.

This person will serve as a key operational bridge between suppliers, contract manufacturers, 3PL partners, and internal teams, ensuring products are produced, stocked, and delivered efficiently while maintaining cost controls and service levels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced DTC consumer goods environment and enjoys building systems that enable operational scale.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations

Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PL fulfillment partners
Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses and distribution channels
Ensure product availability and prevent stockouts across key SKUs

Inventory Planning & Forecasting

Analyze sales data and demand trends to forecast inventory requirements
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to anticipate demand spikes (product launches, promotions, etc.)
Maintain safety stock levels and reorder points

Procurement & Vendor Management

Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging components
Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Track vendor performance including lead times, cost changes, and quality issues

Logistics & Fulfillment

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping with manufacturers and logistics partners
Monitor shipping timelines and ensure smooth transfer to fulfillment centers
Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs and improve delivery efficiency

Data & Reporting

Track key operational metrics including:
- Inventory turnover
- Forecast accuracy
- Lead times
- Order fulfillment rates
Build reporting dashboards to support leadership decision-making

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies across the supply chain and implement improvements
Support automation and system improvements in tools such as:
- ERP systems
- Inventory management platforms
- Logistics software

Required Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Procurement
Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or DTC brands
Strong understanding of:
- Inventory planning
- Demand forecasting
- Supplier coordination
- Logistics management
Experience working with 3PL fulfillment partners
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with supply chain or inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cin7, Skubana, ShipBob, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with eCommerce brands (Shopify, Amazon, DTC logistics)
Experience managing international suppliers or contract manufacturers
Familiarity with inventory planning tools or ERP systems
Background in food, beverage, supplements, or consumer goods manufacturing
Experience coordinating international freight and customs
