You’ll work with a globally distributed design studio that partners with tech-focused companies to build product design, brand identity, websites, and scalable design systems used by millions of users worldwide.

The team operates remotely, moves quickly, and places a high value on craft, thoughtful execution, and clear thinking.

This role is not traditional marketing operations or social media management. It sits at the intersection of product design storytelling, strategic content marketing, and brand narrative development.

You'll collaborate closely with designers and leadership to turn real project work into compelling stories that attract the right audience.

The Role

This is a solo Content Marketer role responsible for owning the studio’s marketing presence end-to-end.

You will combine strategy, storytelling, and execution to help articulate the value behind the studio’s work.

Your job is to transform complex design processes, product decisions, and client outcomes into clear, thoughtful case studies and content that demonstrate impact.

You will also collaborate with the studio’s in-house design and motion design teams, giving you access to high-quality visuals and creative assets to support your storytelling.

This is a low-meeting, high-autonomy environment where the focus is on thoughtful output rather than constant communication.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Marketing Ownership

Own and execute the studio’s content and marketing strategy
Identify opportunities to showcase projects, product design decisions, and client impact
Plan and maintain a content roadmap aligned with studio growth goals

Case Study & Narrative Development

Interview designers and team members to uncover insights behind design decisions
Transform design processes into clear, compelling case studies
Highlight:
- Product decisions
- System thinking
- Design trade-offs
- measurable outcomes

Writing & Editorial

Write and edit high-quality long-form and short-form content
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strong narrative flow
Maintain a consistent editorial voice aligned with the studio’s brand

Audience & Market Research

Research target audiences within tech, startups, and product companies
Identify content topics that resonate with founders, product teams, and design leaders
Ensure content positions the studio as a thoughtful design partner

Performance & Optimization

Track content performance using analytics tools
Optimize content strategy based on engagement and reach
Support distribution across appropriate channels (website, social, etc.)

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with designers, leadership, and creative teams
Translate design work into narratives accessible to non-design audiences
Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights and project outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a strong writer who understands design, product thinking, or technology, and can translate complex creative work into compelling narratives.

You enjoy asking thoughtful questions, digging into details, and crafting stories that demonstrate real impact.

You are also comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy remote environment.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing, or editorial roles
2+ years of professional writing or creative writing experience
Strong English copywriting and storytelling ability
Experience developing content strategies and executing them independently
Excellent editing and proofreading skills
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content distribution
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work remotely with overlap with European time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with design studios, creative agencies, or product teams
Portfolio showcasing writing, storytelling, or editorial work
Experience collaborating with designers or product teams
Familiarity with Figma or design workflows
Experience using AI tools to support writing and research
Spanish language skills (nice to have)
