Senior Client Advisor — High‑Growth Modern Accounting Firm (Digital Agency Specialist)

A role for someone who wants to grow fast, own relationships, and become a true financial partner.

What if your next accounting role wasn’t about ticking boxes…
…but about stepping into a business that’s scaling fast, where your ideas shape how clients grow, where processes are already strong, and where your ambition translates directly into impact, influence, and financial reward?

This is one of those roles.

About the Firm

You’ll be joining a modern, tech‑enabled accounting practice that specialises in helping ambitious, founder‑led digital agencies become more profitable, confident, and strategic. They’re known for providing clear financial visibility, live reporting, complete finance coverage, and proactive guidance — not passive, once‑a‑year check-ins.

Agencies choose this firm because their numbers might “exist” but aren’t guiding decisions, or because revenue is strong but margins and cash don’t reflect it. This firm gives them clarity, structure, and commercially useful financial insight that drives real change.

Internally, they value accountability, detail, ownership, and a bias for action — a “get things done, and get them done well” ethos.

The Role

You’ll become the strategic partner for your own portfolio of digital agency clients — helping them understand their numbers, make better decisions, and feel genuinely in control of their financial future.

Not just delivering data, but shaping decisions.
Not just reviewing outputs, but influencing outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning the client relationship for a dedicated portfolio of agency businesses
Leading monthly/quarterly reviews with proactive, value‑adding communication
Reviewing management accounts and turning them into meaningful insights
Guiding clients on cash flow, margins, forecasting, and commercial decisions
Coordinating with an offshore delivery team to ensure smooth, accurate output
Being the steady, proactive financial partner clients rely on
Spotting opportunities to increase clarity, profitability, and growth

Why This Role Is Different

Most accounting roles cap your growth.
This one accelerates it.

This firm’s clients are scaling. Their expectations are high. Their challenges are real. And the internal systems are already strong — giving you the foundation to grow fast.

Here, your growth is tied to your proactivity, your ownership, and your impact.

If you bring the mindset, they will give you the room to run.

What’s In It For You

A fast path into advisory work — because the clients expect insight, not just compliance
A chance to become indispensable — the person clients turn to when making decisions
Influence from day one — your voice matters inside a small, modern, scaling firm
Performance‑linked progression — your contribution drives your compensation
Future profit share potential — as you help drive commercial success
Equity opportunities for those who become true strategic partners
A clear route to senior leadership as the firm continues to expand

Their ethos?
Your career can grow as quickly as you want it to.

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told.
This is for someone who owns their work.

You’ll thrive if you’re:

A practice accountant experienced with small business clients
Someone who communicates clearly and confidently with non-finance founders
Proactive — you anticipate needs and solve before problems appear
Organised and calm with multiple moving parts
Driven, commercially minded, and excited by client impact
Proud of your work and motivated by doing things properly

These traits align closely with the firm’s values around ownership, attention to detail, and moving with pace and purpose.
