Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee administrative tasks related to construction projects.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and suppliers.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for construction projects.
Support the construction team with scheduling and resource allocation.
Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project timelines and report on progress regularly.
Identify potential issues and propose solutions to minimize delays.
Prepare reports and presentations related to project status and goals.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction administration or a similar role.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
Familiarity with construction processes and regulations.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
