Job Description

A growing real estate development and investment firm based in the United States is seeking a Remote Operations Assistant to support the management team with day-to-day operational activities. The company specializes in residential and commercial real estate development and works with a network of external vendors to manage various aspects of its projects.

This role is designed to help streamline internal operations by delegating key administrative and operational tasks, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities such as capital raising and identifying new investment opportunities. The position will start as a single strategic hire to support business operations and improve efficiency as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, organizing financial records, and coordinating with external accounting partners
Support asset management activities by maintaining property-related documentation, reports, and operational data
Manage and update operational spreadsheets and reports using Excel
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers involved in ongoing projects
Help organize operational workflows, documentation, and internal processes
Provide general administrative and operational support to the management team
Support Spanish-language communication and documentation when needed

Qualifications

Experience in operations, bookkeeping, finance support, or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
Professional communication skills in English and Spanish
Experience supporting real estate, finance, or investment-related operations is a plus
