Operations Manager / Executive Assistant

Work Hours: M-F 9 am to 5 pm EST

About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to be a trusted partner to the founders of a growing real estate education and coaching business. You’ll help turn strategic ideas into action, streamline operations, and ensure an excellent experience for students.

Focus: 75% education business operations, 25% real estate operations support
Type: Full-time, remote, long-term contractor
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month

What You’ll Do

Operations Management

Translate founder ideas into actionable plans
Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Improve systems, workflows, and documentation

Student Operations & Customer Experience

Manage onboarding, support, and program logistics
Handle inquiries, refunds, and ensure a professional student experience

Executive Support

Manage calendars, communications, and meetings
Assist with administrative priorities

Real Estate Operations Support

Coordinate tasks for real estate deals and properties

Systems & Process Development

Design and improve workflows
Implement tools and automation for efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

4+ years in operations, executive support, or business operations
Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with remote teams and multiple priorities

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in online education, coaching, or creator-led businesses
Exposure to real estate investing
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
