Revenue Manager

Hiring for a strategic and analytical Revenue Manager to lead the commercial optimization of our luxury destination resort in Thimphu • Experience: 8–12+ years in revenue management within luxury resorts or hospitality groups, with progression into leadership roles. • Technical Expertise: Strong command of revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and analytics tools. • Market Knowledge: Proven track record in destination resorts, preferably in Asia or remote luxury environments. • Leadership: Ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior stakeholders. • Luxury Hospitality: Familiarity with ultra-luxury standards, guest privacy, and brand governance. • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional skills in forecasting, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
