Data Analyst - Bitcoin Native Banking - Remote

We're hiring Data Analyst to help build the data brain of a Bitcoin-native, fully remote, global bank.

You will be the go-to data partner for the Finance & Treasury teams, turning complex data into simple actions that strengthen financial performance, manage risk, and support better decisions.

This is not a back-office reporting role. This is strategy shaping role.

🟢 Main Responsibilities:

Partner with Finance & Treasury teams and leadership as their main data contact.
Translate business questions into clear analyses, reports, and dashboards.
Analyze cash flows, liquidity, and financial performance to support day-to-day and strategic decisions.
Monitor trends, variances, and anomalies across financial data to highlight risks and opportunities.
Support forecasting, planning, and treasury operations with reliable, data-driven insights.
Built and maintain datasets and models that improve visibility into financial activities.
Own analytics work using SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Looker.
Create self-service dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders.
Track and report on key KPIs such as financial and treasury metrics.
Improve data quality, definitions, and consistency by working with data and business teams.
Help standardize metrics and reporting practices.

🟢 Key Requirements:

Technical skills
- Strong SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations, window functions).
- Good Python for data analysis (pandas, notebooks, basic scripting).
- Experience with modern data warehouses BigQuery or similar, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI
- Experience with BI tools (Looker / Looker Enterprise or similar).
- Comfort working with large datasets from multiple sources (CRM, product, marketing, support, etc.).
Business and communication skills
- Experience in data analytics, revenue / growth / client analytics, or similar roles.
- Ability to translate business questions into data problems and back into simple stories.
- Strong stakeholder management: you can push back, ask “why”, and suggest better ways.
- Comfortable working in English in a global, remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, or new financial infrastructure.
