Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Operations Support Specialist to assist with customer support, order management, and ecommerce marketplace operations.

This role plays a key part in maintaining a high-quality customer experience across multiple sales channels, including direct-to-consumer ecommerce and marketplace platforms. The position involves managing customer inquiries, monitoring order fulfillment, supporting marketplace operations, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, operationally strong, and comfortable working across multiple systems and workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Order Management

Manage customer inquiries across email, chat, phone, and messaging channels
Provide professional, solution-oriented support to maintain a high-quality customer experience
Assist customers with order questions, cancellations, product information, and issue resolution

Shipping, Returns & Logistics

Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and delivery updates
Coordinate returns and replacement workflows, including label generation and shipment tracking
Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipping delays or order issues

Marketplace & Ecommerce Operations

Support operational workflows for Amazon, Wayfair, and direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels
Perform audits of live product listings to ensure pricing, configurations, and product data accuracy
Assist with order troubleshooting and customer communication related to marketplace orders

CRM & Sales Operations Support

Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, and deal tracking
Track open quotes, deposits, and customer interactions
Assist with internal reporting and sales activity summaries

Process Improvement & AI Utilization

Use AI tools to improve efficiency in customer communication and administrative workflows
Maintain templates, SOPs, and documentation to support consistent operations
Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

Experience

2+ years of experience in ecommerce customer support, marketplace operations, or sales support
Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as:
- Amazon
- Wayfair
- Shopify
- or other DTC ecommerce platforms

Technical Skills

Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Comfortable working with multiple operational tools and ecommerce systems

Core Skills

Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
Spanish language skills (a plus but not required)
