Job Title: Technical Support & Fulfillment Specialist

Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,000 USD Monthly (based on experience)
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM ans South Africa candidates only)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Support & Fulfillment Specialist to support a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce operation. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage order fulfillment, perform technical product research, and deliver excellent customer support.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating new tools, systems, and product categories as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:
Accurately process, manage, and track customer orders within Shopify, ensuring timely delivery and data integrity.
Technical Research:
Conduct detailed parts lookup and fitment verification using multiple catalogs, platforms, and data sources.
Customer Support:
Provide professional and solution-oriented support via email, chat, and phone, maintaining a high standard of communication.
System Adaptation:
Quickly learn and utilize new tools, internal workflows, tagging systems, and AI-powered support platforms as they are implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Aptitude:
Strong analytical and “mechanical-minded” approach, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and cross-reference complex data.
English Proficiency:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and clear tone.
Shopify Experience:
Hands-on experience managing orders, products, and customer data within Shopify.
Adaptability:
Ability to shift between tasks and product categories (e.g., automotive, trucking, industrial, agriculture) based on business needs.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry, order processing, and information validation.
