The Mission

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly responsible Product Marketing Manager to join our GTM squad. This is a dynamic role where you will own the product narrative, bridging the gap between complex features and merchant success. Your focus will be on driving Retention for our self-serve users and executing Direct Marketing strategies that capture and convert market interest.

What You’ll Do

User journey content: Build content, product guides, and videos that remove friction and help merchants realize value faster
Landing pages: create and optimize LPs that convert (message → structure → proof → CTA)
Lifecycle comms: own merchant communication via emails + in-product notifications - from concept → launch → analysis
Merchant-centric storytelling: case studies, product guides, sales enablement decks, and merchant success content that drives adoption + retention
Performance: measure what works, iterate fast, and keep improving conversion + activation

Who You Are

A Natural Storyteller: You have a passion for crafting engaging narratives (background in Media, Communications, or Journalism is a major plus).
High-Potential "Doer": This is likely your second professional role. You are proactive, high-energy, and ready to execute and measure your own impact.
Analytical & Creative: You have a creative head for messaging but an analytical heart that demands to see the data and results.
The Owner: You are highly responsible and thrive in a remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with Product, Sales, and CS teams.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Content, or Product-related roles (SaaS/E-commerce experience is a significant advantage).
Native-level English: Exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience with Landing Page builders and Lifecycle/Email marketing tools.
Ability to translate technical features into clear, value-driven benefits for customers.
