Warehouse Manager (Finished Goods)

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Finished Goods warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of finished products—from receiving from production to final dispatch. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of optimizing storage, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

End-to-End Oversight: Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of finished goods.
Dispatch Accuracy: Guarantee on-time delivery and loading accuracy for all outbound shipments.
Documentation: Implement rigorous systems to ensure packing lists and shipping documentation are error-free and compliant with international shipping standards.
Workflow Optimization: Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity and streamline picking/loading workflows.

Inventory & Data Management

Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular physical cycle counts and reconcile stocks with the ERP system to minimize variances.
Reporting: Monitor performance through defined KPIs and provide detailed operational reports to senior management.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

Leadership & Compliance

Team Development: Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse personnel, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
Health & Safety: Maintain world-class 5S standards and ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and quality compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between Logistics, Production, and Quality Assurance to align warehouse activities with the broader manufacturing schedule.
Asset Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and optimal utilization of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Advanced Education: A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is highly advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Managerial role within warehouse management. Experience within a large-scale manufacturing or finished goods environment is preferred.
