An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a highly ambitious, Michelin-level kitchen on the North Norfolk coast.

Led by a senior team with backgrounds in some of the world’s most respected Michelin-starred kitchens, this is a serious food-led operation focused on pushing standards and developing talent at a high level.

The kitchen operates a daily changing tasting menu, with pastry playing a key role in the overall guest experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef looking to refine their skills in a structured, learning-driven environment.

This is not a production pastry role — it is a kitchen where you will be expected to think, learn and evolve daily.

The Role

Working alongside the senior team and current pastry chef, you will take responsibility for pastry preparation and service within a highly organised kitchen.

You will:

Prepare and deliver desserts to a high technical standard
Contribute to a constantly evolving tasting menu
Maintain organisation, cleanliness and discipline within your section
Work closely with the team to ensure consistency across service
Continue developing your pastry skills within a Michelin-level environment

This role is ideal for a chef looking to move into a more refined, technically focused pastry position.

The Package

£32,000–£35,000 base salary
Strong tronc on top (c. £5,000–£8,000)
Realistic earnings of £40,000+
4 days on / 3 days off rota
Staff accommodation available (£500 per month, high standard house)
Work alongside chefs with Michelin-starred backgrounds

The Ideal Candidate

Currently working as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Background in high-quality kitchens (Rosette or above preferred)
Michelin experience advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and technical discipline
A chef with a genuine desire to learn and improve
