Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie située à Montréal, est à la recherche d’un superviseur maintenance industrielle pour soutenir ses opérations dans un environnement de production dynamique.
Il s’agit d’un rôle terrain pour une personne qui souhaite combiner supervision d’équipe et implication technique au quotidien.

Responsabilités

Superviser et coordonner les activités de maintenance au quotidien
Encadrer une équipe de techniciens
Participer au diagnostic et à la résolution de problèmes mécaniques, électriques et pneumatiques
Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la fiabilité des équipements
Planifier et suivre les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective
Contribuer à des initiatives d’amélioration continue
Veiller au respect des normes en santé et sécurité

Profil recherché

Expérience en maintenance industrielle en milieu manufacturier
Expérience en supervision ou coordination d’équipe
Bonnes compétences techniques (mécanique, électrique, pneumatique)
Approche terrain, hands-on
Leadership positif
Bonne gestion des priorités et sens de l’organisation

Conditions

Poste permanent à temps plein
Horaire de jour avec flexibilité selon les besoins opérationnels
Salaire à partir de 100 000 $, selon l’expérience

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to combine team supervision with day-to-day technical involvement.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
Lead a small team of technicians
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues
Ensure equipment reliability and proper functioning
Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance
