About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure properties are prepared for sale. This role focuses on managing multiple properties simultaneously, coordinating vendors, handling property maintenance, and ensuring smooth transitions from occupied to sale-ready status.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee property transitions: occupied → vacant → clean-out → sale-ready.
Coordinate with vendors for cleanouts, repairs, lawn care, and other property maintenance tasks.
Manage city violations, code issues, and inspection scheduling.
Maintain timelines, budgets, and status reports for all assigned properties.
Communicate with internal teams to remove operational roadblocks.
Ensure properties are maintained and ready for resale while on the market.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in property management, real estate operations, or asset oversight.
Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communicator, able to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to take initiative without handholding.
Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and timelines.
Familiarity with city codes, violations, or inspections is a plus.
