Marketing & Content Coordinator (Social + Executive Content Focus)

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Executive Content Manager to own and scale our company’s digital presence while amplifying the voice of our leadership team.

This role sits at the intersection of content, strategy, and executive branding. You will be responsible for managing company social channels and building a consistent, high-quality thought leadership presence for multiple executives — primarily on LinkedIn.

This is not a passive content role.
You will be expected to translate business insights into compelling narratives, proactively generate ideas, and operate with a high level of ownership.

What You’ll Own

1. Company Social Media Management

Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Build and maintain a structured content calendar and posting cadence
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and formats
Monitor engagement and continuously optimize content for reach and performance
Identify opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth

2. Executive LinkedIn & Thought Leadership

Own LinkedIn content strategy for 6–7 executive leaders
Manage a centralized workflow for drafting, approvals, and publishing
Write high-quality posts aligned with:
- Company initiatives
- Industry trends
- Internal conversations and insights
Collaborate directly with executives to refine tone and messaging
Build a consistent and credible thought leadership presence for each leader

3. Content Strategy & Development

Generate content ideas using a mix of:
- AI tools
- Industry research
- Internal meetings and updates
Translate complex topics (technology, cybersecurity, business strategy) into clear, engaging content
Develop a mix of:
- Short-form social content
- Thought leadership posts
- Insight-driven commentary
Ensure content aligns with broader company positioning and messaging

4. Newsletter & Multimedia Content Support

Contribute to the development of a company newsletter
Support planning and coordination of C-suite video or thought leadership content
Identify timely, relevant topics that resonate with clients and target audiences
Repurpose content across formats (social → newsletter → video, etc.)

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track performance across platforms (engagement, reach, growth)
Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content performance
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Continuously refine content strategy based on data and feedback

What We’re Looking For

This role requires someone who is both creative and operational — someone who can generate ideas, execute consistently, and improve performance over time.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different voices
Experience creating LinkedIn thought leadership content
Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and drafting
Experience working with executives or senior stakeholders
Comfortable managing content workflows, approvals, and scheduling
Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B, technology, or cybersecurity environments
Experience managing or building executive personal brands
Exposure to video content planning or coordination
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, HubSpot, or similar
