In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Support execution of strategic programs within the Engagement Strategy portfolio
Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting across initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and track deliverables
Support leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
Track risks, dependencies, and ensure consistent execution across workstreams
Document processes, business rules, and operational workflows

Skills you have 🚀

3–5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or similar roles
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Strong organizational and execution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences
Exposure to Medical Affairs or regulated environments
Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives
Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation
