In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Lead execution of complex, multi-workstream initiatives within the Engagement Strategy portfolio
Translate strategic priorities into structured, executable plans
Own timelines, dependencies, and critical path management
Prepare executive-level updates and decision-support materials
Track risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure delivery across initiatives
Support governance forums and cross-functional alignment
Drive operational excellence, frameworks, and execution standards

Skills you have 🚀

5–8+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or strategy roles
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to structure ambiguity into clear plans and execution
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences environments
Background supporting Medical Affairs or regulated functions
Experience with portfolio-level planning and governance
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
