The Role

We are hiring a Senior Social Media & Content Strategist to own our digital presence end-to-end.

This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role — not a coordinator or execution-only position.

You will be responsible for:

Defining and evolving our digital voice
Producing high-quality, platform-native content
Building a distinct, premium brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

We are looking for someone who has already built and scaled content for premium or design-driven brands — and understands the difference between content that looks good and content that elevates brand perception and drives business outcomes.

What You’ll Own

1. Content Creation & Distribution

Create and publish 3+ high-quality Instagram posts per week (static, carousel, Reels)
Adapt and distribute content across:
- LinkedIn (narrative-driven, thought leadership content)
- TikTok (short-form, platform-native video)
Ensure each piece of content is optimized for multi-platform performance
Produce and manage a weekly email newsletter (copy, layout, scheduling)
Maintain a rolling 2-week content calendar with visibility for leadership
Proactively source internal content:
- Project photography
- Behind-the-scenes material
- Team and process storytelling

2. Creative Direction & Brand Building

Define and evolve the company’s visual and editorial identity
Ensure all content reflects a premium, design-forward aesthetic
Introduce new content formats, series, and storytelling approaches
Build and maintain a library of templates and brand assets
Stay current on trends across:
- Social media platforms
- Hospitality, design, and architecture industries

3. Performance & Content Strategy

Track and analyze performance across all channels:
- Engagement rate
- Follower growth
- Video views
- Newsletter open/click rates
Use data to guide content decisions:
- Scale what works
- Eliminate what doesn’t
Deliver a monthly performance report with insights and recommendations

4. Workflow & Execution Ownership

Own the full content lifecycle:
- Ideation → creation → approval → publishing → analysis
Operate independently with minimal oversight
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and assets
Maintain organized systems for:
- Content archives
- Asset libraries
- Workflow tracking
Proactively identify and resolve gaps in the content pipeline

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in social media and content strategy
2+ years working with premium, luxury, or design-led brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Visual design excellence
- High-quality copywriting
- Multi-platform content execution
Proficiency in:
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma
Experience with:
- Social scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Strong written English with a refined sense of tone
Video editing experience for short-form content
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences (metrics required)
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Reliable internet and minimum 4-hour overlap with Eastern Time

Nice to Have

Background in hospitality, interior design, architecture, or luxury goods
Experience using AI tools for content ideation and production
Photography skills or experience directing shoots
Understanding of SEO and integrated content strategy
Experience contributing to or launching a new brand
