Requirements

2 years proven experience as a Front Office Employee
experience with PMS MEWS is a MUST!
Level of English must be minimum B2
a bit of German or Dutch
Hotel School degree is preferred
Guest focus, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and teamwork skills
