ROLE OVERVIEW Job Title: Administrative Support

Time Zone: Central Time (US)

Start Date: Within 2-3 weeks

Employment Model: Direct Hire,

Full-time Hours: 9am - 6pm Central Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status, rental coverage, and other account details
Manage project details and notes in the company's Notion-based project management system
Coordinate with the internal team, including the administrative manager, on customer communications and task completion
Reach out to insurance companies to check on claim statuses and coverage
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing

BUDGET & COMPENSATION

Salary range: $1,200 - $1,400 per month
The client is open to going slightly above this range for an exceptional candidate

LOCATION & ACCENT PREFERENCE

The client is open to candidates from various locations, including South Africa, as long as they have strong English proficiency and clarity of speech.
Accent is not a major concern, as long as the candidate can communicate effectively with customers and the internal team.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS & STYLE

The client prefers to conduct 1-2 interviews per candidate before making a hiring decision.
They would also like to include a role-play or customer service-focused assessment as part of the interview process.
The client is responsive and engaged in the hiring process, but will rely on the recruitment team to handle most of the candidate screening and coordination.
