Are you an energetic professional ready to reshape real estate in Cyprus for a top client? We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Communications for a Real Estate company. You will lead their rebranding to make them the market leader, building strategies from start to finish.

With a mission to lead and run our Client's Rebranding Revolution Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

Marketing Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Align marketing plans with business objectives and performance targets.

Communication & Branding:

- Collaborate with largest media groups in Cyprus, advertising agents, PR consultants and media buyers.
- Enhance and develop the Real Estate brand
- Crisis management

Digital and offline Marketing:

- Manage online and offline campaigns and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Design and update corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Utilize and manage offline channels as well as traditional marketing channels.

Marketing Budget Monitoring:

- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Provide budget reports and forecasts to senior management.

Team & Project Management:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team handling web management, digital advertising, publications, photography, and signage.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5-8 years of marketing experience, with skills to create and run rebranding strategies from the ground up.
Strong communication and people skills.
Good knowledge of digital tools, analytics like Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Ability to handle multiple projects and teams.
Interest in brand building and communications.
