About the Role: The "Why"

As we continue to scale, we are moving away from "cobbled together" back-office support toward a professionalized, streamlined operations hub. We need a Project Manager who doesn't just "check boxes" but owns the entire lifecycle of a project—from the moment a sale is closed to the final delivery. This hire is critical to ensure our multi-faceted programs (combining training, assessments, and coaching) run like clockwork, allowing our leadership team to focus on high-level strategy.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage projects from the initial scope of work through to client closing, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
System Optimization: Act as a monday.com power user, maintaining clean systems and leveraging automations to increase team efficiency.
Program Coordination: Oversee complex programs involving 10–30+ leaders, coordinating schedules for one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and assessments.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for facilitators and team members, providing regular updates and escalating bottlenecks proactively.
Process Innovation: Identify "hidden" inefficiencies and suggest strategic changes at the operational level to improve the "back office" experience.
Workflow Integration: Gradually absorb client care processes to create a seamless, unified administrative workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:

Expert-level Proficiency: monday.com (including automations and board architecture).
Tech Stack: G-Suite, Figma, and AI tools for task efficiency.
Experience: 10+ years in Project Management, ideally within a consulting, coaching, or professional services environment.
Methodology: Strong understanding of SOP creation and system-based scaling.

Soft Skills:
