In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, ensuring workload is balanced and delivery is consistent
Oversee multiple technical projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, progress, and outcomes
Act as the central point of coordination between engineers and stakeholders
Ensure smooth service delivery across ongoing operations and project work
Monitor progress and provide clear updates and reports to internal teams and clients
Participate in client meetings, including project kickoffs and status updates
Identify risks or blockers early and drive resolution through the appropriate teams
Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and delivery quality

Skills you have 🚀

Proven experience managing technical teams (5+ people)
Strong experience in project management within IT or technical services environments
Solid background in IT (infrastructure, systems, or networking) to effectively guide teams
Experience working in a consultancy, MSP, or project-based environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and clients
Ability to operate in a leadership role without being hands-on technically

Experience managing distributed or remote teams
Familiarity with Microsoft environments and collaboration tools
Experience presenting reports or updates to clients or stakeholders
