A private aviation organization is seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Specialist to join its Operations Control Center team. This role supports flight dispatch, full crew scheduling responsibilities, and client service coordination in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide flight dispatch support and coordinate daily flight operations.
Own full crew scheduling responsibilities, including compliance with duty and rest regulations.
Support client service communication related to flight operations and trip coordination.
Monitor real-time operations and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
Collaborate closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and operations staff to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate scheduling and operational records.

Requirements

FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Dispatch School Graduate) – REQUIRED
Ability to work onsite at Opa-locka Airport.
Willingness to work a rotational 4-day shift schedule.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to stay organized and perform effectively under time pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior aviation operations or dispatch experience (preferred but not required).
Strong interest in aviation operations and logistics.
