Position Summary

Our Client seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their foreclosure practice and manage a diverse caseload of both uncontested and contested matters. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and opposing counsel while developing expertise in real estate litigation. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's foreclosure practice while handling all aspects of case management and court proceedings.

Must-Haves

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work hybrid with in-office presence in King of Prussia, PA for training and collaboration

Primary Functions

Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings and legal documents
Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested and uncontested cases
Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person court proceedings
Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings and case updates
Manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience handling foreclosure matters
Experience with contested foreclosure litigation
Familiarity with Pennsylvania foreclosure procedures and rules
