Our client is seeking a skilled Application Specialist to manage, support, and enhance their Dealer Management System (DMS). This role is responsible for day-to-day system administration, user support, and ensuring system performance, security, and availability.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in DMS platforms (preferably KeyLoop – Autoline Drive) along with experience in CRM systems and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
Ensure system security and data integrity.
Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Generate and customize reports for business users and management.
Assist users during critical processes such as month-end closing.
Maintain system documentation and technical records.
Support integration with other business applications.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in DMS and CRM technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Application Specialist, DMS Administrator, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (preferably KeyLoop / Autoline Drive).
Knowledge of CRM systems and enterprise applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of databases, system administration, and networking.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and user support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the automotive or dealership industry.
Exposure to dealership operations such as sales, service, and parts.
