Recruit, interview, checks reference, makes offers, and conduct orientation for new employees.
Be an expert in candidate experience and control.
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.

🌐 Who We’re Looking For

Recruiters with 1 –3 years of experience.

Essential Requirements

Experience sourcing using LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals.
Builds lasting relationships with candidates.
A bachelor's degree in area of specialty and experience in the field or in a related area would be advantagous.
Comfortable with tools such as AI, Excel etc
Clear written communication
Able to work fully on‑site
Fully authorised to live & work in Ireland
Available to start late April / May
