Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Team Leader to spearhead pure outbound sales operations. This is not a blended or customer service role—we’re looking for a strong sales leader who can motivate teams to consistently hit aggressive conversion targets and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate comes from a rigorous BPO background, preferably within the Telecommunications (Telco) sector. You should have deep expertise in sales psychology, objection handling, and real-time floor management. If you have a proven track record of turning underperforming agents into top-tier closers through hands-on coaching and accountability, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

Performance Management

Drive team KPIs, including conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue targets (daily, weekly, monthly)

Coaching & Development

Conduct daily side-by-side coaching, call listening sessions, and role-plays
Continuously refine agent performance and objection handling

Strategic Intervention

Identify performance dips early and take immediate action
Diagnose issues and implement corrective plans when targets are missed

Pipeline & Lead Management

Ensure strong lead utilization and high outbound activity across the team

Reporting & Analysis

Provide detailed reporting on team performance, conversion trends, and individual agent growth

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Pure Outbound Sales Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a strictly outbound sales environment
BPO Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced, sales-driven BPO setting
Telco Background: Experience working on telecommunications campaigns is highly preferred
Ownership Mentality: Strong accountability for team performance and outcomes
Communication Skills: Excellent English (verbal and written), with the ability to coach, motivate, and deliver constructive feedback effectively
