Role Overview

The Service Design Architect – Information Security is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable, and efficient service solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. This role plays a key part in shaping service design strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and integrating advanced security technologies across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Service Design & Architecture

Design and develop complex information security service solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational goals.
Define and implement service design methodologies, frameworks, and standards.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and secure architectures.

Analysis & Innovation

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, user needs, and technical requirements.
Perform user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify service improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into service strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to service design teams.
Collaborate with Security Operations and Compliance teams to align solutions with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Service Quality & Performance

Define and track KPIs and metrics for service performance and quality.
Participate in audits and reviews, implementing improvements where necessary.
Support tools and systems for monitoring IT infrastructure performance and utilization.

Capacity & Infrastructure Planning

Establish and maintain enterprise-level capacity management processes.
Ensure optimal performance across IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

5–6 years of experience in technology services, information security, or a related domain.
Experience in designing security solutions within MSSP and/or cloud environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in service design principles, frameworks, and tools.
Hands-on knowledge of security technologies, including:
- DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- PAM (Privileged Access Management)
- IAM (Identity & Access Management)
- MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- DNS Security, FIM, Deception Technologies
- NGFW, XDR, SIEM, SOAR
- Email Security, Proxy, and WAF
Understanding of enterprise IT environments:
- Data centers (Tier-III)
- WAN/MAN/LAN networks
- Storage and server technologies
- Enterprise applications (ERP, BI, CRM, CMS)
Knowledge of architecture frameworks and documentation standards.
Familiarity with systems coding, security analysis, data modeling, and database management.
