Salary: 30,000 € gross/year + up to 3,500 € bonus

About the Role

Our client is hiring a German‑speaking Account Executive to join their Customer Success team in Barcelona. You will support newly onboarded and existing hosts, improve account performance, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction within a fast‑growing property and hospitality project. The role is based in a modern office by the sea, with strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with new and existing hosts
Ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention
Improve listing quality and account performance
Provide proactive, tailored solutions
Manage an account pipeline and meet growth targets
Track activities using CRM tools (Salesforce)
Meet outreach and engagement KPIs
Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Collaborate with internal teams
Participate in training and development

Candidate Profile

1–2 years in customer success, account management, or similar roles
Fluent German (C2) and strong English
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Target‑driven with excellent organization and multitasking abilities
CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
Hospitality or property background is an advantage
Proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
