Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Conslutant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong experience in travel booking systems and a solid sales background.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas
Use travel management software and booking platforms (GDS) to secure cost-effective itineraries
Communicate with clients in Arabic and English to understand travel needs and provide tailored solutions
Handle client inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and upsell services where appropriate
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and client requirements
Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation
Build strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and vendors
Support sales efforts by promoting travel packages, upgrades, and additional services

Requirements

Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator / Travel Consultant or similar role
Fluency in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of travel systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Experience in travel sales and customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Experience with corporate or high-volume travel environments
Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations
