We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a multi-year commercial construction initiative within a large campus environment. This role will focus on managing smaller, critical workstreams that contribute to a broader, large-scale site transition and renovation project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with early to mid-level experience looking to grow within a complex, long-term program while working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead smaller projects or workstreams within a larger campus renovation program
Oversee projects from early-stage planning through execution and completion
Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, architects, and vendors to drive project progress
Assist in onboarding architectural partners and supporting pre-design phases
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Support budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting alongside the broader project team
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear and consistent communication
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Experience supporting smaller projects within larger construction or renovation programs
Strong ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to technical environments such as electronic labs or similar settings preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
Background working on mid-sized projects (not large-scale, high-complexity builds) is ideal
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
