An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join a thriving, food-led country pub in the Cotswolds that has gone from strength to strength and is now looking to grow the kitchen brigade.

The Role

Working closely with the Head Chef and senior team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

You will:

Run your section confidently during prep and service
Support the senior team in delivering consistent, high-quality food
Assist with seasonal menu development and daily specials
Help maintain strong organisation, prep standards and service consistency
Support and help develop junior members of the brigade
Uphold high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen discipline
Contribute positively to a strong, professional kitchen culture

This is a hands-on role offering genuine scope to develop further within the brigade.

£12,000 annual tronc
