Creative Content Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (Eastern Europe, South Africa, or French-speaking Africa)
Schedule: Full overlap with Canadian hours for the first 2–4 weeks; thereafter 3–4 hours daily overlap

Role Overview: The Visual Brand Engine

We are a leading Canadian men’s health platform providing essential healthcare and pharmaceutical services for men, backed by a team of experienced doctors and pharmacists.

We’re looking for a Creative Content Graphic Designer who thrives in producing high-performing static visuals at scale. You will be responsible for ideating and executing social media ads, web assets, and brand collateral tailored to men aged 40+.

This role requires a refined Western/Canadian aesthetic—clean, trustworthy, professional, yet still sharp and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

I. Ad Creation & Iteration

Produce 20+ static creative variations per week, balancing structured briefs with self-initiated concepts
Design direct-response ads for platforms like Meta, Instagram, and X
Translate long-form messaging into scroll-stopping, social-first graphics
Rapidly iterate on winning creatives for A/B testing (headlines, colors, layouts, imagery)

II. Design & Branding

Support web design initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience
Maintain a high standard of visual taste suited to a mature, Western audience
Ensure all assets are platform-optimized (web, mobile, social, print)
Deliver polished work using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva

Deep understanding of the 40+ male demographic (tone, humor, visual preferences)
Experience delivering agency-level quality in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Competencies

Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong grasp of design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, color theory)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
French is a strong advantage (bilingual Canadian market)
Highly self-directed—able to ideate, research competitors, and execute independently
