Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, scoping, and technical proposals
Own end-to-end delivery of custom software projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and delivery roadmaps
Manage distributed engineering teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
Facilitate client workshops and provide clear technical guidance on architecture and integrations
Champion Agile delivery practices to ensure efficient and transparent execution
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape compelling, winning solutions

Your Profile

5+ years in software delivery, technical project management, or consulting
Strong experience leading client-facing digital or custom software engagements
Solid understanding of modern architectures, APIs, and integration patterns
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and distributed teams
Experience in pre-sales, proposals, and technical estimations
Exposure to financial services, consumer, or B2B sectors is advantageous
Background in Java, Python, or similar technologies is a plus
