Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced creative production professional to join our global creative team. This role sits at the intersection of design craft and production rigour — responsible for end-to-end execution of advertising materials across print and digital media, while also leading a team of production artists and collaborating closely with copywriters and designers to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant creative output.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Design

Apply brand and style guidelines consistently and accurately across a broad range of print and digital executions
Lead idea generation and layout development for advertising material across both print and digital formats
Own final artwork and format adaptation of layouts in line with Corporate Identity (CI) specifications for print and online advertising
Maintain and update content across a wide range of topics based on client requirements, independently and accurately
Perform colour corrections, retouching, and digital compositing in Photoshop
Execute the full pre-press process — including profile adjustments, proofing, colour management, PDF/X creation and validation, data provision, and quality assurance
Prepare mechanicals for final output

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all advertising materials meet defined quality assurance standards
Maintain strict compliance with client CI guidelines across all deliverables

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage a team of production artists handling both print and digital projects, from briefing through to final delivery
Collaborate closely with global creative agency teams, copywriters, and designers
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams managing high-volume requests

Workflow & Efficiency

Handle a large volume of concurrent creative projects while managing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
Leverage AI tools for automation and workflow optimisation
Continuously identify and implement improvements to production workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in a digital ad agency or print production environment, with a formal qualification in design
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign execution across print and digital
Solid graphic design skills with a sharp eye for composition and layout
Advanced understanding of print advertising deliverables and digital ad serving across various media platforms
Strong capability in UI/UX systems and design frameworks
Proven ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data and insights into clear visual narratives
Excellent remote communication skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to speed, accuracy, and productivity
Confident, enthusiastic team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to foster a collaborative environment
