Our client partner is a frontrunner in the restaurant industry, operating one of the fastest-growing restaurant clusters in the country. They manage an impressive portfolio of master franchises for leading global restaurant brands, ranging from world-famous burger chains to international bakery and cafe concepts. They are currently seeking a talented, competent team worker to join their marketing division.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth and visibility of global restaurant brands through strategic execution and operational excellence.

Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions specifically designed to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with all divisions of the organization to craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
Performance Analysis: Conduct post-evaluation of executed marketing programs and study ongoing marketing activities to provide data for strategic decision-making.
Growth Identification: Identify new market segments and opportunities for brand expansion within the local landscape.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external parties, including advertising agencies, suppliers, media stations, and other service providers.
Consumer Insights: Obtain relevant field-level consumer insights to ensure brand activities remain aligned with industry trends and customer expectations.
Administrative Excellence: Ensure sound documentation processes are followed, including contracts, budgeting, invoicing, and internal reporting.
Operational Execution: Lead thorough planning at the execution stage for new product developments (NPD), brand activations, events, outlet openings, and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with part qualification in CIM/SLIM or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the F&B or retail sector.
Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be fully computer literate.
Attributes: * Target-oriented and deeply committed to achieving sales and brand goals.
- Ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
