Hiring for Resort in North Delhi - Purchase Manager Key Responsibilities • Manage end to end procurement of goods, supplies, and equipment for hotel operations. • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Ensure timely availability of quality products while optimizing costs. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast requirements. • Implement compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. • Drive efficiency in purchase processes through technology and vendor performance reviews. • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgetary goals. • Source and manage vendors specifically for wedding and banquet operations (decor, catering supplies, event essentials).
