Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location: Louisville, KY

Role Overview:
Hands-on Mobile Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems across assigned facilities. This is a field-based, technical role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping systems operating with minimal downtime.

What you’ll do:

Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot HVAC and building equipment failures and restore operation
Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems
Complete general building maintenance (lighting, fixtures, walls, flooring, roofing, etc.)
Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns
Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment
Complete and update work orders accurately and on time
Support vendors when outside services are required
Follow all safety procedures and compliance requirements
Document maintenance activity and system issues

What we’re looking for:

EPA Universal Certification required
Strong HVAC and commercial building systems experience
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting ability
Experience working in commercial or industrial facilities
Ability to work independently in the field
