Ref: TPS2813

THE HOUSEHOLD

A discreet international family based in Dubai, with longstanding ties to Saudi Arabia and a professional father at the helm. The household is warm, hands-on and family-led, with both parents closely involved in the day-to-day lives of their children — including their newborn daughter.

THE ROLE

A specialist Newborn Nanny is sought to take sole charge of the family's baby girl, supporting parents who are deeply engaged in their daughter's earliest months. The role calls for someone who brings real expertise in newborn care alongside the warmth and discretion required of life within a private household.

— Sole-charge care of the newborn, working in close partnership with engaged parents
— Establishing healthy sleep, feeding and developmental routines
— Sterilising, bottle preparation and nursery management
— Simple meal preparation related to the child's needs
— Light laundry support relating to the baby
— Accompanying the family on travel between Dubai, Saudi Arabia and occasionally the United States
— Working collaboratively with the wider household team, including the children's nannies, kitchen manager and two housekeepers

THE CANDIDATE

— Proven experience caring for newborns within UHNW private households
— Maternity Nurse or Norland-trained background highly regarded
— Confident in early infant care, sleep training and developmental milestones
— Warm, nurturing and instinctive, with the calm presence parents look for in those earliest weeks
— Polished, entirely discreet and at ease working alongside hands-on parents
— Flexible with hours and willing to work across the week, with generous time off scheduled fairly during quieter periods
— Valid passport and willingness to travel; US visa an advantage but not essential
— Immaculate references essential
— Live-in role; AED 6,000–10,000 per month depending on experience; ASAP start
