In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Create and manage social media content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Plan content calendars and develop creative social media ideas aligned with each client's goals and audience
Capture, edit, and publish short-form video content optimized for engagement and retention
Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and cultural moments, proactively bringing new ideas to the team
Write engaging captions and social copy adapted to different brand voices and audiences
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and content performance
Support paid social initiatives within platforms like Meta and TikTok, including boosting content and audience targeting
Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Engage with online communities through comments, replies, and DMs to maintain strong brand presence
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to execute campaigns and content initiatives
Use tools like CapCut, Canva, and Sprout Social to create, schedule, and analyze content performance

Skills you have 🚀

2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and short-form content best practices
Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
Experience managing content across multiple brands or clients (agency experience is a strong plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
Experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience working with US-based clients
Paid social experience within Meta or TikTok platforms
Email marketing exposure (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
