As the company continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their marketing support function by bringing on a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to assist with day-to-day marketing execution and coordination.

This role exists to support the company’s marketing efforts through content coordination, administrative marketing tasks, campaign support, and general execution assistance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a marketing-focused role.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution for a growing U.S.-based storage rental business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks across different projects. You’ll work closely with leadership and support initiatives related to social media, content coordination, digital marketing, promotions, and administrative marketing support.

The successful candidate is dependable, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination & Execution

Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign coordination
Support scheduling and publishing of social media content
Help organize promotional campaigns and marketing calendars
Coordinate basic email marketing and customer communications
Assist with updating website content, listings, or promotional materials
Help maintain brand consistency across platforms

Content & Administrative Support

Organize marketing assets, files, and content libraries
Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, or internal team members when needed
Prepare simple reports and track marketing activities
Conduct basic research on competitors, local markets, or marketing opportunities
Support ad hoc marketing and administrative projects

Communication & Collaboration

Work closely with leadership on priorities and marketing initiatives
Communicate updates, progress, and task completion clearly
Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

1–2+ years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic marketing tools
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have

Experience with social media scheduling tools
Basic understanding of digital marketing or email marketing
Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
Exposure to CRM or marketing platforms
