Position Overview

We are seeking three (3) dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive land investment for a landmark international urban development project in Colombo.

Each Manager will be dedicated to a specific regional "Track." Candidates must indicate their specialization in ONE of the following regions:

South Asia
Middle East

This role is for an "Originator"—a professional who brings an existing network of international investors and developers and has the tenacity to close high-value land deals independently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

International Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential international investors, REITs, family offices, and corporate developers within your assigned regional track.
Regional Market Execution: Act as the subject matter expert for your designated region, building deep client access channels and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Deal Conversion: Drive the full sales cycle from initial pitch and land matching to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
Investment Pitching: Conduct high-level presentations and investment briefings, showcasing the project’s value proposition to global decision-makers.
Market Intelligence: Provide continuous feedback on investor sentiment and market trends within your region to refine the project’s commercial strategy.

Requirements

Regional Network (Mandatory): Must possess established, actionable connections with developers or investors in South Asia, the Middle East, OR Southeast Asia.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end real estate sales, capital markets, or investment promotion.
Independent Execution: Proven ability to originate leads and drive transactions with minimal internal supervision.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and host international clients in Colombo.
