We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Head of Facility Management for a leading diersified company based in Colombo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of facility management services, maintaining client satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall facility management operations across multiple client locations.
Ensure smooth delivery of soft services and hard services including housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and other support services.
Develop operational strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams and site managers.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for effective service delivery.
Support business development initiatives, client presentations, and tender processes.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
Prepare management reports, operational updates, and performance analytics.

Requirements

Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facility management or outsourcing operations, including leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance management, and service delivery standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing large teams and multiple client sites.
Strong commercial and financial management capability.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
